BIGLOBE - with technician ¥18,000 - without ¥2,000. All these fees are mandatory and charged by the carrier and NTT.
If you plan to play games, watch high-quality videos, or share with more than 3 people, fiber optic is better. The Tower Air is much less powerful — a more basic internet.
